Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who understands social media content, videography concepts, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and the creative team, ensuring that restaurant brands achieve their social media growth goals through strategic and engaging content.
This role requires someone who understands viral content trends, social media strategy, and video production concepts, while also maintaining excellent client communication and internal team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with restaurant clients.
• Understand client goals, brand identity, and marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss content strategy and performance.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Content Strategy & Concept Development
• Develop creative content ideas tailored for restaurants and food brands.
• Identify and propose viral content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with client goals and brand voice.
Videography & Content Understanding
• Have a strong understanding of videography, reels, and short-form content.
• Guide the creative team on shot ideas, storytelling, and trending formats.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral formats.
Internal Team Coordination
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, and social media managers.
• Ensure smooth workflow between creative and marketing teams.
• Manage timelines, content calendars, and project delivery.
Performance Monitoring
• Track content performance and engagement metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve content results.
• Ensure campaigns meet client KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.

• 2+ years experience in account management, social media marketing, or content production.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content.
• Knowledge of videography basics and content production workflow.
• Ability to develop creative and viral content concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with restaurants, food brands, or hospitality industry is a plus.
