Inside Sales Representative (Office-based, Sibiu)

Your Role

As part of our Inside Sales team, you’ll support customers, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth by:

Managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Prospecting new customers via networking, cold calls, and email outreach.
Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
Understanding client needs, market trends, and competitors to position our solutions.
Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events as needed.
Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
Building long-term partnerships based on trust and service excellence.
Collaborating closely with international colleagues to ensure first-class customer service.
Conducting customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.

What You Bring

Proven experience in sales or customer service (ideally electronics or B2B distribution).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German is highly preferred.
Category B driving license (required).
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Outstanding customer focus and interpersonal communication.
Experience with CRM/sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and a reliable team player.
