As an Account Manager (AM) for the French market, you will be responsible for growing and retaining an existing portfolio of customers, while actively driving revenue expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
This role sits at the intersection of Account Management and Sales. We are looking for someone with a hunter mindset, who enjoys creating opportunities, running outbound campaigns within existing accounts, and leading strong value-based commercial conversations. This position is open to both experienced Account Managers and Account Executives looking to transition into an expansion-focused role.
About The Team The Tellent France team covers all Go-To-Market functions, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Support. With more than 1,000 customers in France, our ambition is to continue scaling efficiently by increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and customer lifetime value.
As part of the Account Management team, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and report directly to the Head of Sales France. You will own the commercial growth strategy for your accounts, while CSMs focus on adoption and value realization.
Your 12-month journey as an Account Manager In your first three months You will be onboarded on Tellent’s products, pricing, customer segments, and commercial processes. You will shadow customer calls, learn how to run renewal and expansion conversations, and start supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will also learn how we run outbound expansion campaigns within our customer base.
By the six-month mark You will independently manage your customer portfolio, owning renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and pricing migrations. You will proactively identify expansion opportunities, build account plans, and run targeted outbound campaigns to engage additional stakeholders within your accounts.
By the end of your first year You will consistently achieve your revenue targets and be a strong contributor to Tellent France’s NRR and expansion growth. You will be recognized as a reliable commercial partner by your customers and as a proactive revenue driver internally.
