Job Title: Account Executive (AE)

Location: Remote — ideally based in FL or TN, but open to candidates nationwide.

Position Overview

Gratis Tech is seeking a dynamic Account Executive with strong Fixed Operations (Service Department) experience to join our growing sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through high-volume outreach, consultative selling, and professional presentations. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the unique needs of the automotive industry is ambitious, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Schedule and host professional virtual presentations with dealership decision-makers.
• Leverage automotive experience to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive fixed operations.
• Prior sales experience a plus, but a strong desire and aptitude for selling is required.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and presenting to decision-makers.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient — someone who sees challenges as opportunities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $58,000 - $84,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: ~$1,000 per deal, uncapped earning potential

Work Environment & Expectations

• Location: Remote position with some travel required to clients to build relationships and close deals.
• Schedule: Full-time; flexibility is required, including availability on some weekends.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use standard office equipment regularly.
