As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout the Benelux market. You’ll own deals in the upper SMB segment from day one, while building towards mid-market responsibility within 12 months. This role is designed for an AE who thrives in high-ownership environments: someone who can generate pipeline when inbound is insufficient, manage complex sales cycles (including multi-product deals, RFPs and tenders), and contribute to a predictable, high-quality revenue engine. You will be a key pillar in ensuring business continuity and future segment coverage as the team scales.
About the Team
The Benelux sales team consists of five Account Executives and a Business Development team. Working in a hybrid model from our Amsterdam office, the team covers the entire Benelux territory. Their mission is to keep the sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers.
Your 12-month journey
First 3 months: you will take ownership of the upper SMB segment within the first weeks of joining our team and actively contribute to pipeline and revenue. While you’ll receive structured enablement on our product, sales process, and tooling, we expect you to apply your experience and operate with a high degree of autonomy from early on.
After 6 months: you are consistently delivering against target and you are a trusted contributor in deal reviews and forecasting. You demonstrate strong sales discipline, pipeline ownership, and the ability to handle more complex deal dynamics.
After 12 months: you are a core member of the Benelux sales team with a proven track record of impact. Depending on business needs, you have expanded scope into mid-market ownership and play an active role in shaping sales execution and go-to-market improvements.
