What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Executive to help drive Browsi's continued growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing impactful partnerships.
Responsibilities
β’ Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and consistently meeting monthly and quarterly
performance benchmarks
β’ Becoming an expert in Browsi's solutions and value proposition and effectively presenting them to publishers and monetization companies worldwide
β’ Building, managing, and advancing a global sales pipeline across a portfolio of prospective clients in the digital media industry
β’ Identifying and developing new business opportunities by staying fully immersed in the industry, tracking market trends, networking, and attending trade shows and industry events
β’ Managing complex sales processes from prospecting through discovery, solution presentation,
commercial negotiations, and contract execution
β’ Establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
β’ Ensuring a smooth client onboarding process and successful transition to the Account
Management team following implementation and validation
β’ Providing timely feedback to management on performance, forecast, and pipeline, and
maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
β’ Working closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, advocate for clients, and
share knowledge across the organization
Requirements
β’ 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales within a technology company, with proven success
managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
β’ Experience selling to international clients and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
β’ Experience in the AdTech industry, an advantage
β’ B.A./B.Sc. degree
β’ Strong consultative selling skills and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
β’ Proactive, curious, quick learner, and able to work independently
β’ Ambitious, tenacious, persistent, and goal-oriented
β’ Excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills in English
β’ Team player with a positive, professional attitude
β’ Additional languages, an advantage
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-activity, performance-driven environment
β’ Working days: Sunday to Thursday, with availability to work US hours two days a week (12:00-9:00 PM IST)
