We are now looking for a driven Account Executive to fuel our growth primarily in . This is a role for a — someone with the determination, grit, and sales instinct to open doors, drive negotiations, and win new business.
Tasks
As an Account Executive , you will be directly responsible for delivering new revenue in the fast-growing solar PV sector. You’re not afraid to prospect, push through barriers, and fight for the deal.
You will:
Build and own a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Drive aggressive outreach and follow-up strategies to win attention and secure meetings.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches that translate Sitemark’s unique value into tangible business outcomes.
Negotiate confidently and close deals with enterprise stakeholders.
Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Represent Sitemark at events, conferences, and customer meetings across Spain and Europe.
Requirements
Cultural affinity & fluency in Spanish are essential.
Based in Spain , or open to hybrid (Spain/Belgium) , or Belgium-based with strong ties to Spain .
Proven B2B hunter sales experience (2–5 years minimum) with a strong record of closing deals and smashing targets.
Prior exposure to the solar or renewable energy sector is a big plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English (both required). Other EU languages are a plus.
Resilient, competitive, and target-driven — you don’t just manage accounts, you win them.
Willingness to travel across Spain and Europe to secure and grow business.
