Pani Energy is seeking a driven and technically savvy Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for our AI-powered SaaS platform used by industrial and municipal water treatment facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending engineering insight with commercial execution while helping customers improve operational efficiency and environmental impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to demos, proposals, and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound engagement.
• Deliver compelling demos and proposals that clearly communicate technical and operational value.
• Engage plant operators, engineers, executives, and channel partners to drive adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams.
• Track activities, KPIs, and sales metrics using HubSpot and ClickUp.
WHO YOU ARE
• Hold a degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
• Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technical solution-selling experience.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Have a proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals.
• Are proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and are highly organized and self-driven.
