About the Role
The Account Executive owns the full sales cycle for assigned territories or accounts, converting qualified demand into closed revenue. This role is accountable for quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and disciplined execution of the IQNOX sales process.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to own complex sales cycles end to end, supported by strong discovery and negotiation skills and disciplined pipeline and forecast management. They are collaborative, easy to work with, and approach client challenges as a problem solver.

Territory and Coverage Model
This Account Executive role owns new business development and account growth within the automotive OEM sector across North America. In addition to industry-aligned territory, the role also provides structured regional sales coverage for the U.S. Midwest and central Canada on opportunities that fall outside of other assigned industry territories.
Account Executives are assigned specific territories, named accounts, or market segments aligned to IQNOX’s go-to-market strategy. Territory assignments are subject to periodic review and adjustment based on coverage needs, performance, and organizational scale.
Pay range and compensation package

Compensation consists of base plus commission structure aligned to quota attainment.
