Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive
who thrives on closing warm and hot leads. You’ll receive pre-qualified prospects — executives who already understand our offering and have expressed interest in a demo or proposal. Your role is to move them swiftly from conversation to contract — by handling demos, understanding their goals, aligning our value, and getting the deal signed.
This is a pure closer role — focused on conversion, not cold prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of marketing-qualified and SDR-qualified leads
and convert them into paying customers.
Conduct tailored product demos and walkthroughs
, clearly linking Auralis value to the customer’s pain points.
Engage confidently with CXOs, VPs, and Directors
to drive decision-making and shorten sales cycles.
Identify buying intent early
and manage follow-ups with precision — every hot lead should be actively pursued until closed.
Create, present, and negotiate proposals and commercial terms
that maximize close rates and deal size.
Work closely with the solutioning and delivery team
to ensure proposals are technically sound and value-aligned.
Maintain tight pipeline discipline in HubSpot
— update deal stages, next steps, and close probabilities.
Provide regular feedback to SDR and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
with a focus on speed-to-close and conversion rate.
Key Success Metrics
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in closing B2B SaaS / AI / CX / Automation deals
.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
with warm leads.
Strong communication and storytelling ability during demos and proposals.
Experience handling mid- to enterprise-level deals
(ticket size $15K–$100K+ ARR preferred).
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
or similar.
Self-starter mindset — thrives in a fast-moving, high-velocity sales environment.
