ProSights is a data extraction platform for finance professionals. We help private equity firms, investment banks, consulting firms, and other professional services organizations automate the manual data entry that still powers critical workflows, from portfolio monitoring and reporting to deal and client work.
Our platform uses the latest AI models to extract, structure, and validate data from unstructured documents at scale with full auditability, so teams can trust every number that goes into their models and memos. Many of the largest PE firms and banks already rely on ProSights in production, often before they roll out horizontal AI tools internally.
We are a small, highly driven team based in NYC, focused on building a generational company for finance professionals.
About the Role
We are hiring an Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle with leading financial and professional services firms. You will be responsible for driving new revenue, expanding existing relationships, and helping customers transform their workflows by eliminating manual data entry.
This role is in person in our New York City office.
What You Will Do
- Own the end to end sales cycle with PE firms, banks, and consulting firms, from prospecting and discovery through close and expansion
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities across target accounts and segments
- Run thoughtful discovery to understand current workflows, data entry processes, and pain points, then map them to ProSights use cases
Who You Are
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in a client facing role in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or B2B sales into these buyers
- Strong understanding of how finance professionals actually work with Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems, including where manual data entry and reconciliation slow them down
- Comfortable selling to senior leaders (partners, MDs, CxOs) while also engaging deeply with associates, analysts, and operations teams
- Proven track record of owning and closing complex deals or projects with multiple stakeholders
- Clear and concise communicator, capable of explaining technical products and AI driven workflows in practical terms
Nice to Have
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, data, or AI products into financial services or professional services
- Existing network across PE, IB, or consulting that you can activate for early pipeline
- Familiarity with data extraction, document processing, or workflow automation tools
- Prior startup or early stage experience where you helped build GTM from the ground up
