Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Munich, for an Imaging Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee and manage the imaging team, ensuring high-quality imaging processes and outputs to drive scientific discovery. Responsibilities include supervising the development and optimization of imaging protocols, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. You will lead advanced imaging projects, implement quality assurance processes, and contribute to the continuous development of the company's imaging technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in imaging techniques, image analysis, and microscopy
• Experience with project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in AI, deep learning methods, and their applications in image processing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
• Previous experience in biotech or pharmaceutical imaging projects would be a plus
• Education in biology, bioengineering, biomedical sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
