Job Description We are looking for a Master student to join our cell media team. You will participate in the expression, purification and testing of small molecules, by carrying out cell based assays. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary scientists and engineers to obtain a deep understanding of our cell media formulation.
Main Missions
Optimization of protein expression and purification: The goal of this project is to test different culture conditions, expression vectors and chromatography techniques to develop a protocol for purifying small proteins that can be used in cell media formulation
Testing small proteins as potential agents to improve cell media composition: This project involves testing small molecules that are produced in house in 2D and 3D cell culture and identifying potential candidates for optimizing cell media performance to enhance the quality of Faircraft leather.
You will be involved in:
Designing and performing experimental plans involving cell culture, different chromatography techniques and Biochemical assays
Analyzing the data and writing reports of the experiments
Presenting the results to the collaborators
