About the role:
We are looking for a versatile 3D Artist
with strong skills across the full 3D production pipeline, including modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering
. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine
, and can contribute both creatively and technically to high-quality real-time and pre-rendered projects.
Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling
Create high-quality hard-surface and organic models
based on concepts or references.
Produce clean topology suitable for animation and real-time workflows.
Optimize assets for both high-poly and low-poly use cases.
Rigging
Build efficient rigs for characters, props, and mechanical assets.
Develop skin weighting
, controllers, and deformation systems.
Collaborate with animators to ensure rigs meet production needs.
Animation
Animate characters, objects, and cameras with strong timing, weight, and realism.
Create both keyframe animations
and cycle animations
for gameplay and cinematics.
Work with UE animation systems (State Machines, Sequencer, Control Rig is a plus).
Rendering & Lighting
Set up lighting, shading, and rendering workflows in Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine
.
Produce high-quality turntables, cinematic shots, product renders
, and in-engine visuals.
Ensure consistency in look, style, and technical performance.
Pipeline & Collaboration
Required Skills:
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Control Rig
in Unreal Engine.
Experience in simulation tools
(nCloth, XGen, Geometry Nodes, Niagara).
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Autodesk Maya
and Blender
.
Strong understanding of Unreal Engine
(materials, lighting, sequencing, asset setup).
Thorough knowledge of modeling, UV mapping, rigging, animation, and rendering
.
Ability to create PBR-ready textures (using Substance Painter is a plus).
Good understanding of anatomy, motion, weight, and timing principles.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in rigs, animations, and engine pipelines.
Basic knowledge of Python or Blueprint scripting
.
Familiarity with VR/AR asset optimization
.
