Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Intern for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Mesa, AZ and Plymouth, MN The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Armament Systems Business Unit.

Basic Qualifications A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026.
• Be majoring in Business Management, Business Administration or related field
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
• Have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
• Leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
• Support executive level assessments, presentations, and dashboards using a variety of tools
• Experience in working in an autonomous work environment on complex projects
• Knowledgeable in Customer Relationships Management (CRM) tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Microsoft Excel and analytic skills

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.

Mesa, AZ: The pay ranges for this specific opportunity are as follows:

• Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $20.00 - 24.25
• Masters degrees: $29.00 - 30.50

Plymouth, MN: The pay ranges for this specific opportunity are as follows:

• Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $22.00 - 26.75
• Masters degrees: $32.00 - 33.50
