As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of Axon Networks' mission-critical systems. * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application and infrastructure deployments. * Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud-based and on-premises environments. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across networking, application, and database layers. * Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes. * Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent. * Enhance system observability through metrics, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. * Maintain high availability and reliability for critical networking systems by implementing failover mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies. * Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. * Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. * Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD. * Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, routing, and load balancing. * Experience with version control systems like Git. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Experience in the networking industry or managing networking-specific applications. * Knowledge of TR-069 or similar networking protocols. * Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
