Learners in organizations from 30+ countries meet their personal business coach from a global network of certified coaches via the Sharpist app. For optimal learning success, the coaching is supplemented with personalized learning content and progress tracking tools. Founded in 2018 by Hendrik Schriefer and Fabian Niedballa, Sharpist now has offices in Berlin, Munich, Zurich and London.
