The ORGANOMIC project is focused on developing functional personalized medicine tests using Patient-Derived Organoids (PDOs). These cell-based assays complement genomic approaches in precision medicine. The project combines PDOs with microfluidic devices called 'tumor-on-chips' for generation, standardization, and functional assessment. ORGANOMIC aims to deliver two predictive devices (CHEMOGRAM and IMMUNOGRAM) and one prognostic device (INVAGRAM) for digestive and lung cancers. The project involves developing AI algorithms, mathematical models, and software for data analysis and scoring, aiming to provide predictive and personalization scoring from clinical trials. Fanny Jaulin, the scientific coordinator, has been recognized with a prestigious award for her contributions to health research.
