Materplat
MATERPLAT is the Spanish Technological Platform for Advanced Materials and Nanomaterials, promoted by the State Research Agency. It represents over 250 entities and serves as the main meeting and collaboration point for Spanish companies, science, and technology agents related to materials. The platform focuses on sectors such as transport and space, energy, health, sustainable construction, nanotechnology, advanced manufacturing, AI modeling and simulation, and circular economy of materials. It is governed by a Management Council led by Airbus and coordinated by the Galicia Automotive Technology Center (CTAG). MATERPLAT facilitates technological capacity dissemination, networking, participation in technical sessions and roadmaps, news and funding calls dissemination, and communication of needs to the administration, aiming to foster innovation and collaboration in advanced materials.
