LIGHT – Lifescience Innovation Good Healthcare Technology – is a non-profit technological infrastructure established by the University of Brescia in collaboration with Dompè Farmaceutici S.p.A. and Antares Vision Group. With €10 million in funding, supported by the Ministry of University and Research, LIGHT focuses on operational innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Biopharmaceuticals, and Digital Health Care. It aims to combine and expand existing technological resources to create a new infrastructure open to researchers and companies, organized into three hubs: AI & Big Data Main Hub, Digital Health Care Hub, and AI Biopharma Hub. The initiative seeks to accelerate experimentation with reliable and ethical AI in Biopharma & Digital Health, fostering national and international innovation projects for a future of ethical and secure AI-driven health.
