Inquisio is tackling one of the most oppressive issues facing the 90k local governments across the US. Inefficiencies, particularly the manual and fragmented workflows tied to public records requests, result in bureaucratic bloat, overstressed budgets, and massive lawsuits. Our team knows this problem intimately; including our CEO who is a Mayor, a co-founder that is a city manager, another team member that is a former deputy mayor & a policy analyst. We've witnessed firsthand the bureaucratic complexities and budgetary constraints caused by outdated processes in local government systems. Inquisio’s solution, Lens, provides a portal that both customer agencies and their stakeholders can use to interact with critical government documents and information. By automating many of the tedious activities that haunt current administrators and record managers, Lens recaptures precious time for agency staff to focus on more substantial and risk-averting activities. Other tools designed around records management or retrieval approach the problem by requiring records administrators to learn new systems and operate as project managers. Inquisio’s Lens requires only that administrators provide the tool access to their records and come prepared with good questions to ask it.
