EuCanImage provides a GDPR-compliant European cancer imaging platform that enables AI-driven oncology research and clinical applications. It achieves this by integrating AI, radiomics, federated learning, DICOM, XNAT, and blockchain within a multi-centre data platform that supports researchers and clinicians. The project aims to create a FAIR, open-access cancer imaging repository with tools for data curation, AI development, and benchmarking across 25,000+ subjects. Backed by Horizon 2020 and a consortium of 20 partners across 11 countries, it targets scalable, trusted adoption of AI in cancer care.
