EU-SENSE aims to improve situational awareness for CBRN practitioners by deploying a network of chemical sensors. The system combines heterogeneous detectors (IMS, FPD, EC, PID, MO) with machine learning and dispersion modelling to classify threats and estimate concentrations, including inverse and forward modelling. It supports area monitoring and first response, with data fusion and anomaly detection to reduce false alarms. The project targets European CBRN professionals and demonstrates practical deployment and training across validated scenarios.
