Context Insights is an MIT startup launching a global alternative data platform. We generate unique predictive insights for investors, governments and industry through the wisdom of the crowd and the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence. We focus on creating a differentiated data source for high growth, low data environments across emerging markets by turning locals into on-the-ground research analysts. Combining cutting edge data science with best practices from finance and defense/intelligence sectors, Context Insights launched in 2017 at MIT. We currently work in collaboration with MIT's Legatum Center for Developing World Entrepreneurship, the Center for Collective Intelligence and the Jamaal Abdul Latif Poverty Action Lab. At Context, we're democratizing knowledge work and unlocking the greatest underutilized resource - local human intelligence.
