CLARUS uses AI to cut energy and material waste in bio‑production and food processes. It combines AI, data processing, open protocols, and Industrial Data Platforms to assess consumption, enable traceability, and optimize production and logistics. The project delivers tools such as the Green Deal Index, a FAIR data space, and an AI Toolkit for bio‑production processes. Two pilots validate energy savings and product quality improvements in frozen foods and meat by‑products.
