BYP Network
BYP Network is a platform created to connect Black professionals and students globally, providing career opportunities, mentorship, and business support. Founded in 2016 by Kike Oniwinde Agoro, the platform addresses the lack of Black representation in various industries. Through its AI-powered platform 'Javelin', BYP Network connects members to job opportunities, mentors, and thought-leadership content. The organization has facilitated over 11,000 CV submissions to corporate partners, processed 22,500 job applications, and up-skilled over 25,000 members through various events and webinars. With a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, BYP Network collaborates with organizations to help them achieve their DEI goals while providing a supportive community for Black professionals.
