Their services include Energetic Analyses (Docking of Molecules, Antibody Design), Machine Learning & Deep Learning methods (In-silico Drug Design, Mutation Pathogenicity Prediction), Protein Folding (All Atom Molecular Dynamics, Coarse Grain and Go-models), and Data treatment - Bioinformatics (Python scripting). BioComputing is a spin-off from the University of the Basque Country and the Donostia International Physics Center.
