Leveraging 'digital twins' technology, the platform creates real-time digital replicas of physical processes. It integrates blockchain, artificial intelligence (including machine learning and deep learning), big data, software analytics, computer simulation, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to enhance resource efficiency and sustainability. The project showcases its application through case studies in peach and pork production, aiming to reduce losses, minimize environmental impact, and create new revenue streams from biomass utilization.
