Since 2014, they have focused on building open-source, AI-powered tools to empower individuals, nonprofits, and government organizations to better serve the public. Their mission is to leverage technology for good at scale, demonstrated by helping over 250,000 job seekers with Bob Emploi and developing CaseAI, an AI tool for social workers. Their work is supported by Google.org, Raise Sherpa, and Fast Forward, and they are seeking partners to expand CaseAI's reach.
