
AHM Lab, led by Prof. S. Fatima at IIT Delhi, focuses on developing novel technologies for automotive and industrial applications using AI and IoT for fault detection, diagnosis, and prognosis. They also develop acoustical materials for noise control. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring equipment for Automotive Condition Monitoring and Automotive Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH). Their research areas include simulating machinery faults, developing intelligent fault diagnosis systems, Li-ion battery health monitoring, and onboard diagnosis for electric vehicle motors, as well as creating noise control materials from waste biomass.
