Adamcares is an AI infrastructure company building the standard development platform for custom voice interfaces – starting with healthcare. Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of Wiegand AG (est. 1975), Adamcares empowers software vendors to build AI-powered, voice-first documentation solutions – without requiring AI expertise on the vendor side. Our agentic framework orchestrates large and small language models (LLMs & SLMs) like GPT-4o and Phi-2 using prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). To develop specialized versions of our products and continuously improve partner deployments, we collect anonymized real-world input and corrections from caregivers. This data is semi-automatically analyzed to refine language models, intents, and user flows – resulting in robust, field-tested voice solutions. This feedback loop is being integrated into AUDIRA, our modular development studio. It will allow partners to monitor and improve their own voice interfaces – without engineering intervention. Built on a zero-knowledge architecture, sensitive data remains entirely under partner control, enabling frictionless scaling in privacy-sensitive environments. Our initial product, NurseForm, enables structured speech-based documentation via real-time JSON/FHIR output – already integrated with Swiss market leaders such as easyDOK and Cistec. Our second product, NurseAct, maps spoken input directly to standardized nursing taxonomies (e.g. interRAI-LTCF) – enabling interoperable, audit-ready performance records. In Switzerland, we are co-developing voice-based performance documentation with the owners of epaAC and LEP, the national leaders in structured care standards. In 2025, we will expand into Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg in partnership with Thieme Recom, the leading publisher of nursing documentation standards (ENP, BAss, NANDA-I). Together, we are piloting a dialog-based AI solution for nursing performance capture in hospitals – increasing documentation quality and completeness, and unlocking substantial revenue potential through improved billing accuracy. Our founding team combines deep expertise in nursing (BSc), AI research (PhD), and software engineering & sales (BSc Business IT). To accelerate execution, we’ve recruited top-tier talent from Switzerland’s leading universities. Our vision: Make AUDIRA the Jenkins of voice – the global standard for building, deploying, and maintaining custom voice interfaces across regulated industries.
