Test & Validation Engineer
Job Description
Product Validation & Customer Qualification
- Validate and demonstrate product performance against customer requirements and specifications
- Define testing and validation strategies for CPU/GPU cold plates
- Analyze and interpret customer requirements (e.g., NVIDIA, Dell, SK Hynix, etc.)
- Define evaluation criteria and test methodologies at the PoC stage
- Conduct performance and reliability tests including thermal performance, pressure drop, and leakage tests
- Plan and set up test equipment and experimental environments
- Develop test procedures (SOPs) and standard work documentation
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a PoC Project Manager, including product testing, validation, and evaluation
- Experience in developing test plans and performing data analysis
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with thermal, fluid, and reliability testing
- Experience testing server, semiconductor, automotive electronics, or power equipment
- Experience supporting customer qualification, certification, or technical responses
- Experience building test environments and developing new test methods
- Experience writing standardization or specification documents

업무내용
제품 성능을 고객 기준에 맞게 검증하고 증명하는 역할
- CPU/GPU용 콜드플레이트의 시험 및 검증 전략 수립
- 고객사(NVIDIA, Dell, SK Hynix 등) 요구 기준 분석
- PoC 단계 평가 기준 및 시험 방법 정의
- 열성능, 압력, 누수 등 성능/신뢰성 시험 수행
- 시험장비 및 실험 환경 기획/구성
- 시험절차서(SOP) 및 작업표준문서 작성

자격요건
- 경력 3년~7년 이하
- 기계, 금속, 재료, 전기전자 등 관련 전공 학사 이상
- PoC PM(제품 시험/검증/평가 업무) 경험 3년 이상
- 시험 계획 수립 및 데이터 분석 경험
- 기술문서작성 및 결과정리능력
- 내외부 이해관계자와 협업 경험
우대사항
- 열, 유체, 신뢰성 관련 시험 경험
- 서버, 반도체, 전장, 전력 장비 테스트 경험
- 고객사 인증 또는 기술 대응 경험
- 시험 환경 구축 및 신규 테스트 개발 경험
- 표준화 문서 작성 경험
전형절차
- 서류전형(~3/31) → 1차 면접(실무진)(~4/10) → 2차 면접(임원)(~4/30) → 입사(5월 중)
