Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional to support our Tender Department . This role requires strong expertise in documentation, cross-verification, data analysis, MIS reporting , and calling for coordination and follow-ups .

You will play a critical backend role in revenue operations by ensuring all tender documentation, data validation, and compliance processes are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsbilities

Tender Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare, compile, and review tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, EMDs, compliance sheets, and annexures .
• Perform cross-checking and validation of all submissions before final upload.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to client and government tender guidelines .
• Maintain organized digital and physical document repositories .

Data Analysis & MIS Reporting

• Maintain tender trackers, bid status, win/loss analysis, and revenue MIS .
• Analyze submission trends, conversion ratios, and compliance gaps .
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership review.
• Support forecasting through data-backed insights .

Calling & Coordination

• Make outbound calls to:
• Vendors
• Government departments
• Channel partners
• Internal sales & operations teams
• Track acknowledgements, clarifications, submissions, and corrections.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams for document collection.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with:
• Sales for bid alignment
• Finance for pricing & BG details
• Legal for declarations & affidavits
• Support post-tender documentation, LOI, and agreement processes .

Process Control & Accuracy

• Ensure zero-error submissions .
• Maintain compliance with audit, legal, and internal SOP standards .
• Track deadlines and ensure on-time submissions without exception .

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, Operations, Engineering, or Management
• 2–6 years in:
• Tender operations
• Documentation
• MIS / Data analysis
• Backend sales operations
