Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery while enabling engineering teams through structured agile processes. This role ensures project clarity, efficient sprint execution, and seamless communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project schedules, sprint boards, backlogs, and progress trackers.
- Coordinate proactively with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, QA, and Field teams.
- Ensure clarity of requirements, sprint goals, priorities, and dependencies.
- Identify risks, blockers, and gaps; drive quick resolutions across teams.
- Monitor sprint velocity, project health metrics, and resource allocation.
- Track progress against milestones and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain all project documentation including plans, reports, checklists, and post-sprint learnings.
Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to plan and execute projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies with the ability to run all ceremonies independently.
- Proficiency in sprint and backlog management with effective prioritization and progress tracking.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills to align Engineering, Operations, QA, and Field teams.
- Ability to identify risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation actions proactively.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in robotics, automation, or hardware–software product environments.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMP demonstrating structured project and agile expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects, and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
- Understanding of engineering and development processes to support realistic planning and execution.
