We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team, focusing on recruitment for the
Semiconductors related roles
. The ideal candidate will manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
- from talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding - with a strong network and proven track record in semiconductor or IC design hiring.
Responsibilities
- Drive
end-to-end recruitment
processes for technical positions, especially within the
Physical Design
roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Actively
source and engage candidates
through professional networks, social media, and industry channels.
- Conduct candidate
screening and interviews
, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage
offer negotiations and onboarding
for successful candidates.
- Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent BOS at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen employer brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment experience
in
semiconductor or IC design
industry
- Strong
network within the semiconductor sector
