· Technical Support:

Develop foundational knowledge of AIoT smart workspace solutions, including enterprise digital transformation, physical security systems (such as facial recognition access, turnstiles, lift control), and related technologies.

· RFx Tender Support:

Support the preparation and submission of RFx documents by gathering necessary information and ensuring compliance with requirements under supervision.

· System Demonstrations:

Assist in delivering product and solution demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.

· Proposal Development:

Collaborate with senior team members to help craft technical proposals that address client needs and showcase our solutions’ value.

· Solution Design Assistance:

Support solution design activities based on customer requirements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and adherence to standards.

· Deployment & Project Support:

Assist in planning and coordinating solution deployment activities, including installation support, testing, and commissioning. Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

· Market & Industry Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the Vietnam market to support team initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

1-2 years of experience in AIoT, smart workspace, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
Basic experience with physical security systems such as facial recognition, turnstiles, or lift control.
Knowledge of Data Center technologies (e.g., BMS, DCIM, PMS) is a plus.
Familiarity with system design, proposal writing, and solution deployment processes.
Understanding of RFx and tender procedures.
Good project coordination and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
