To strengthen our international sales activities, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Strategic Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region and Italy. Location is flexible, Berlin (Germany) or Bordeaux (France).

Identification, acquisition and expansion of key accounts in industry, research and higher education

Structured management of complex B2B sales cycles and high-value opportunities

Several years of experience in technical B2B sales or business development
Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a coordinating/mentoring role within a sales team
Proven track record in selling complex technical products, systems or technology-based solutions
Fluent in German and Italian (mandatory)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong commercial mindset combined with a structured and analytical approach
High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability
Available to start as soon as possible

International environment with cross-border collaboration
