Job Description This role serves as the primary liaison between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. The position partners closely with business and IT teams to translate business needs into welldefined technical requirements and support the delivery of businesscritical initiatives.

• Act as the primary point of contact between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS for business and technology initiatives
• Translate Ameriprise Bank business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications
• Provide detailed analysis of business needs to support complex, businesscritical solutions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical and functional issues
• Ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated across stakeholders
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing to validate solution outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Strong experience working between business and technology teams
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and technical systems
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Experience supporting testing and implementation activities
• Strong problemsolving and collaboration skills

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $81,700- $112,300/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
