Your Role: Modern C++ Developer (with impact far beyond software)

We’re looking for someone who not only writes great modern C++, but who  loves tackling complex challenges with curiosity  and who enjoys building real-world technical solutions.

You will work deeply in our core technology stack — everything that makes RoBo®Cut “think”, “see”, and “act” with micrometer precision:

• 3D computer vision & image processing
• High-speed robotics
• Laser path planning & real-time control of the system
• AI inference & data pipelines
• High-performance system design & optimization

Experience in robotics / machine vision / automation is a plus – but not mandatory.

Curiosity, technical depth, and the desire to solve complex problems are what matter most.

What you’ll actually build & improve

You will work on the software that drives a machine which:

• Analyzes plant structures in real time using  stereo cameras  and  AI models
• Calculates micrometer-precise  grasping & cutting points
• Controls  high-speed SCARA and 6-axis robots
• Uses   for sterile, touchless cuts

Our codebase is built for  performance, reliability, and highest precision  — and you will help shape it.

Also on your desk: Infrastructure & DevOps ownership

We’re a production company now. That means:

• CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Dockerized services
• System deployments via secure VPN
• Remote update orchestration
• Network & IT infrastructure around our machines

You won’t just write software.

You’ll help ensure our systems run smoothly in the USA, the Netherlands, India, Australia – and more.

Travel willingness  is a must.
