About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead & Solution Architect to lead the design and development of EOS platrom , our web and mobile health management platform. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can define architecture, guide engineering execution, and help build a secure, scalable, and user-centered product across both mobile applications and web platforms .

You will own technical direction across the product ecosystem, including mobile app architecture, web application architecture, backend integration, data models, security, engineering standards, and delivery quality. You should be comfortable moving between system design, hands-on development, mentoring engineers, and partnering with product and design teams.

What You Will Own

This role will lead architecture and delivery for:

• Mobile application for users and families
• Web application for user access, management workflows, or internal operations
• Shared backend services and APIs
• Authentication, storage, notifications, and data flows
• Engineering standards and technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building platforms in healthtech, wellness, women’s health, family-focused apps, or other data-sensitive domains
• Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with encrypted storage, audit logs, access governance, and permission-based sharing
• Experience leading distributed teams or working in fast-moving product environments
• Exposure to analytics, observability, feature flags, and product instrumentation
• Strong product sense and an ability to balance speed, usability, privacy, and maintainability

Ideal Technical Background

A strong candidate will likely have experience with:

• Flutter or equivalent for mobile development
• React / Next.js or equivalent for web development
• Backend services for authentication, APIs, notifications, and storage
• Cloud infrastructure and developer workflows for scalable application delivery

Equivalent technologies are welcome if the candidate can demonstrate strong architectural judgment and delivery capability.
