• Analyze cash flows and make recommendations to allocate cash balances to maximize yield while ensuring compliance with investment policies
• Month-end bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Review, maintain, and recommend enhancements to treasury system configuration and banking platforms
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc treasury reports for senior leadership consumption
• Prepare analysis and recommendations to manage interest rate and foreign currency exposure
• Support bank and merchant service relationship management and fee analysis
• Maintain awareness of emerging trends in treasury and advise leadership on potential for adoption
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support treasury-related projects, including system enhancements and process improvements
• Collaborate with internal department managers (Accounting, Tax, Business Partnership) to support Finance department change initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or finance.
• Understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in Workday
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial risk management and capital markets

Computer Skills Proficient on Company provided hardware and software, and exceptional skills in banking, credit card and merchant services systems.
