About the Role:
We're looking for a to own the product surface area around our AI agents to make them configurable, explainable, and powerful at scale. Historically, our system has been , meaning that we push all of the real-time recommendations it makes into the workflow systems (like Salesforce or Outreach) where users live today. However, we're increasingly excited about building our own interfaces where users can train and edit model configuration, deep dive into the reasoning process of our agents, and even give feedback to our system to collaboratively improve it over time.
This is a critical, high-leverage, n-of-1 role for someone who loves digging into messy user problems, building production-grade full-stack applications, and owning end-to-end product experiences — and is excited about the opportunity to build software that enables a future where humans collaborate with agentic systems to achieve better outcomes than either could on their own.
You'll work very closely with our founders, the rest of the engineering team, and our GTM and CS teams to ship high-quality, user-friendly product and drive real revenue (for us and for customers!).

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $160,000 - $200,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans.
