ATS integrations and browser automation
Building and maintaining automated application flows for 15+ ATS platforms. Using Playwright to handle form submissions, file uploads, reCAPTCHA challenges, and human like interactions with a focus on reliability. Experience with web scraping and handling anti automation measures is a nice to have.

Core platform systems and reliability
Designing and maintaining the backend systems that keep the platform running at scale. This includes performance optimization, debugging, background job processing, search and job discovery, LLM driven workflows, and cloud based resume storage. You will own reliability, data flow, and long term system quality across critical components.
