Your first mission

• Architect and maintain backend services handling thousands of API calls per minute
• Build and optimize async-first Python APIs (FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp) for speed and scalability
• Design and maintain developer-focused APIs and SDKs used by hundreds of companies
• Optimize database performance, caching, and rate limiting across our multi-tenant platform
• Manage infrastructure on** AWS** (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate new models and data pipelines efficiently
• Implement observability: logging, metrics, tracing, and error handling that scale

Required Experience

🛠️ You’re a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience , preferably in Python
• Strong command of FastAPI, Django , or similar frameworks
• Experience with asynchronous Python (asyncio, aiohttp, background tasks)
• Solid understanding of **AWS services and cloud-native architectures **
• Familiarity with API design , RESTful standards, and developer experience best practices
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery , and task orchestration systems
• Obsessed with performance, reliability, and code clarity
• Bonus: experience with observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Sentry) or API gateways
