Job Description: We are seeking a Key Account Manager at KONUX for the largest railway operator in Germany. You will be in charge of all account related topics and tasks, supported by a Customer Success Manager, and will build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the demand for existing solutions and for gaining an in-depth understanding of future customer needs and upselling opportunities. Together with the account team, you will assure great customer satisfaction and positive system usage. You will be based in Germany and work remotely or in the KONUX office in Munich.
