About the role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Help Desk Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to our global employees. You will be the first point of contact for all internal IT support; and work closely with our IT Manager in Israel, gaining valuable exposure to international IT operations while developing your technical skills.
