Tasks
We’re looking for a Senior Growth/Performance Marketer to join our team and lead the next stage of our pipeline growth at Sitemark. You’ll play a key role in building and running scalable marketing programs that directly support our commercial goals — from generating demand to improving conversion and retention.
This role combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You bring a proven track record in growth marketing, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, and a hands-on mindset to design, run, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder and collaborate with our in-house Marketing Specialist, who supports execution.
Growth Strategy & Leadership
Translate business goals into a clear, data-driven growth marketing strategy
Define a repeatable system for demand generation and pipeline acceleration
Lead the marketing roadmap and identify the highest-impact growth opportunities
Work closely with Sales to align efforts and support revenue targets
Performance Marketing
Own and optimize paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels
Design, launch, and scale multi-touch campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion
Define key metrics and ensure consistent reporting
Test and iterate quickly across channels, audiences, and offers to find traction
Marketing Automation
Build automated lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot or similar tools
Improve attribution, lead scoring, and campaign tracking
Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion
Website & Conversion Optimization
Own and improve the performance of our website (Webflow) as a key acquisition and conversion channel
Use data to increase visitor-to-lead conversion rates
Ensure messaging, SEO, and landing pages are aligned with campaign and product goals
Team Collaboration & Enablement
Provide leadership and direction to our B2B Marketing Specialist
Share growth best practices, frameworks, and training to build team capability
Act as a marketing partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
Requirements
3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience , ideally in growth-stage or fast-moving environments
Have owned performance channels (LinkedIn, Google) and know how to scale them
Are confident using tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
Have worked in a lean, fast-moving environment — and delivered results without needing a large team
Clear communicator who knows how to prioritize and align stakeholders
Comfortable coaching others while being able to jump in and execute when needed
Pragmatic, data-driven, and focused on outcomes
