We expect from you

• Strong technical expertise – You master technologies required for creating high-performance systems. You have a comprehensive understanding of C, C++, or Qt programming. You are perhaps familiar with real-time operating systems (RTOS), or embedded platform development environments. We value experience from data transfer protocols.
• At least 8 years of experience in embedded systems or firmware development – You have worked on a variety of projects involving embedded systems, understand low-level optimization, and have expertise in embedded application development.
• Ability to work with clients – You can communicate technical solutions from a business perspective and understand client needs for hardware and software solutions.
• Passion for high-quality code – Maintainability, testability, and best practices for embedded systems, such as unit testing, continuous integration (CI), and version control (Git), are part of your daily routine.
• This position requires hybrid partial presence in Tampere, Finnish citizenship, and fluency in Finnish.
• We require a valid working permission in Finland.
