We are looking for an energetic and a talented Senior Business Analyst with skills on project management to join a new product team that we are forming to tackle strategic projects of our clients. You will also be a pivotal contributor to the strategy and development of our systems and will be working closely with a global pool of experts.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze the business needs of our clients.
- Analyze and innovate the capabilities of our products.
- Develop system / functional requirements, technically feasible project scopes, establish project plans with the teams to track progress.
- Work in a high-performance team learning fast and challenging outdated thinking.
- Status reporting on project deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- At least 2+ years industry experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- A background with FinTech experience is an added advantage.
- High caliber skills in communication, writing, and verbal.
- Attention to detail, analytical and scrutinizing skills.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork and being self-driven as per the requirement.
