About The Role As a Semi-Senior Low-Code Engineer on our Operations team, you'll play a critical role in building the tools and systems that empower our customer support agents and ensure a world-class user experience. You are a builder and a problem-solver at heart, with a passion for designing and developing intuitive solutions that scale. Your mission is to create efficiency, reduce manual effort, and give our team the tools they need to delight our users. Additionally, this role will be responsible for automating processes and workflows to ensure compliance and a robust operational framework.You'll be our go-to expert for developing internal tools on platforms like Retool. This is more than just configuration—you'll use your JavaScript and SQL skills to create custom logic, dashboards, and workflows that directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll work autonomously with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver solutions from start to finish. If you have a product mindset and thrive on the speed and impact that low-code development provides, this role is for you.
